Payment Options: Billing is quarterly, but monthly billing is available with Auto Pay setup.
Extra Bags: Occasional extras are free! Regular extra bags are $1 (18-gallon) or $2 (30-gallon). You'll receive an email before any additional charge appears on your bill.
Yard Waste & Bulk Items: Each regular and double service includes 1 yard waste bag weekly and 1 bulk item under 50 lbs monthly (such as a rug, chair, or small appliance). Email us photos for larger items to receive a quote.
Toter Rental: $4/month with a one-time delivery fee. You may also use your own can or set bags out directly. Toters are optional — never required.
Pickup Reminder: Please have your trash out by midnight the night before pickup. Bag and tie all trash, and flatten boxes for easy collection.
